In this instance Nancy's right ear (your left) has been smudged. --> Pursuant to Australia's criminal statute a conspiracy to do an unlawful act is a serious State crime with a Federal aspect.
In NSD339 of 2014 of the Federal Court of Australia and the Sydney NSW registry, (FRANCIS v ALLEN and UNWIN ORS) an affidavit was submitted and accepted for filing to the face of the court in the matter to support an application to the court to dismiss my application. The affidavit was sworn by a Sydney lawyer identified by the name of PETER CHRISTOPHER BANKI and affirmed on 18 July 2014. The affidavit was intended to present an exhibit titled EXHIBIT PCB-1 which contained a number of A4 pages numbered from “1” to “400”. Of these pages 334 were copies of my websites at the time of collection presumable after I filed my application in first quarter of 2014.
The others included my activities in other courts to attempt to access my legal right to justice as defined in Australian statute, to no avail. ALLEN & UNWIN and their fellow terrorists decided my inability to access my legal rights proved I had no case against them.
Also in his possession on the table in front of him was a copy of a book that from 2014 to 2020 was held as a library loan book under the control of NSW State government, titled "Kangaroo Court by Lynette Styles". In 2014 BANKI declined to tell me the title of the book and revoked his in court promise to provide me with a copy. I discovered those pages of criminal defamation by chance in December 2020. The real name of "Lynette Styles" is ELAINE SLOWMAN, she's the mother of author Sandra HARVEY (LEANNE SLOWMAN) and presumed aunt of author Lindsay SIMPSON (TAMARA UNWIN) daughter of the BIA 1989 publisher Raynor UNWIN. Its believed Sandra Harvey & Lynette Styles are the daughter and ex-husband respectfully of one of Allen & Unwin UK's directors and accountants, and accountant to Harper-Collins publishers owned by Rupert Murdoch, being DOUGLAS EARNEST SLOWMAN. The evidence also proves that Tamara UNWIN's sister CAMILLA UNWIN is the first face of the LEANNE WALTERS fake murder victim since 1984.

Experimenting with the FSO Family Tree I found a way to print a relationship chart extract using my identity and King Alfred's. Apparently I'm one of his 30th great granddaughters. Not sure how accurate it is though as its the research of others, not mine.

Detective Glen McNamara was named in the BIA book that stole my visual identity in 1989 along with Detective Bob BRADBURY Jack’s murderer. Detective Roger Rogerson was suspended from police duties 3-months after the Milperra shootings on 30 November 1984. Rogerson and McNamara Were charged and convicted of another murder in May 2014. Someone is protecting BRADBURY and others while culling McNamarra and Rogerson.
Someone still in a position of authority in an Australian government or medical research facility. These people have no ethics, they're psychopaths and very good actors. They even surgically raped my dog with something in her throat that makes a sound like a duck toy when it gets stuck threatening to strangle her. She freezes and tries to cough it out but can't. Above both 18 Feb 2023 for past couple of years its been here on the footpath against fence he graveled the footpath for it and felled a council tree the stump still obvious near the brand new roller door gate, he breached his lease to replace 1800 fence and sold that for the higher one. You can see he's started installing another lease infringement with spiked steel bar front fence max SA housing height 1500 they're about 2100. He's already infringed his lease 3 times with 3 placement of TV antenna on tiled roof. Suspect the recent wood heater flu and cool only ducted air-conditioner also installed in last 6 months, are also lease infringements on a tiled roof. I've said nothing to SA Housing about that. All I've complained about is his flood light and CCTV cameras installed to focus solely on my gate, driveway and front door he'd installed soon after felling the tree with a circular saw on a ladder.

Don't be fooled - the motorcycle is a garden ornament. He's not purchased or purchasing the property because I asked in writing to purchase mine, they told me the house was not old enough.

He moved his 1st wife and children out of this public housing rental to bring her in already pregnant. State gave 1st wife another house nearby. He's in public housing with a new car & new motorcycle every couple of years, while others destitute remain on the list. He's made so many additions to the property it'd make most people's bank balance dry. All but solar panels infringe State housing regulations on NOT PERMITTED additions. You'll never guess what he named his last child. All is not right in Kansas.

Martin Luther-King is also my distant cousin. Up to one third (15 of 45) of all USA presidents were identified as being my distant cousins through one or the other of my grandmothers. This obviously means I've more cousins in North America than I do in my birth country, Australia. The interesting fact of that is this information was revealed to me constantly for some weeks before I made it public on my Facebook.com page and my website. Within days of publishing all FSO family tree links that I had made public were severed. Only ones remaining appear to be the ones publicly identified as Freemasons. This also indicates that everything I do is being monitored and censored or nullified. 1980s: many attempts to kill me made by freemasons and my male parent, then witnessed another freemason murder (1988) of a retired NSW police officer by a NSW police officer, which precipitated my identity theft (1989) as Leanne Walters the governments fake murder victim, from which my maternal grandmother was murdered (1989) by a physician because she saw my face published as Leanne Walters and naturally insisted it was me. In a similar way that USA’s Joan Rivers was murdered by physicians for being modestly outspoken. The reason I wasn't killed along with my family friend Jack BASSETT was that he performed and uttered the sign of distress used by masons to protect me and my family in the seconds before he was killed at point blank range and that police killing was falsified by NSW police (again) this time as suicide. He knew since I was little that I had future memories, we'd discussed this way back then. I promised him I'd find a way to finish Freemason organised crime in words to that effect.

What this entire saga means from this point in Australia's history, is that everyone involved in harming me, are willfully or actively, criminally covering up the terrorist murders, the 1989 murder of my grandmother and the 1988 murder of a retired NSW police officer who stood by me to stand against Freemason organised crime. 2000s: multiple illegal arrests in New South Wales (NSW) and South Australia (SA) extensive criminal defamation by 1990s NSW (surgical rape) physicians and a new generation physicians in SA, all in secret government records, secreted from me until the last quarter of 2018, this was as a result of an extensively documented criminal conspiracy between NSW and SA public officers; and illegally imprisoned at gunpoint by several NSW police, effectively, for complaining about being illegally imprisoned at gunpoint by other NSW police in the 1990s and witnessing a freemason killing of a police officer by a police officer in 1988.

2010s: illegal imprisonment by criminal abuse of the Mental Health Act (SA) and more secret criminal defamation in secret and public government records in NSW and SA, including criminal defamation in a library loan book under the control of the NSW State government.

2020s: all access to the court systems was now illegally blocked on baseless grounds after I’d successfully completed half of my Bachelor of Laws (honours) degree securing a perfect score in my defamation law assignment.
As you may have noticed from the summary list above, the worst criminals in this, the government’s own political crime spree, are Australia’s State police in NSW and SA. So is SA’s self-proved medical terrorist, Andrew Robert CHAMPION, your freemason brother, your DNA brother or cousin who you protected when you were shadow minister for Health after he had me illegally imprisoned in 2014 by criminal abuse of the Mental Health Act as a registered psychiatrist and team leader at the Noarlunga emergency mental health service (NEMHS) up the road from my residence; but wait there’s more - and did you manage to get a seat in parliament in 2007 as Labor Party reward for your engineering of the falsification of the illegal secret medical record on me, opened on St Patrick’s Day 2006 when you were president of the SA Labor Party (2005-2006) by an employee of the NEMHS without any lawful authority whatsoever and as an act of criminal defamation, with the obvious intent of perverting the course of justice and due administration of law under SA state criminal law, to illegally render me an unreliable witness against the NSW Labor Party in their surgical rape of me in the 1990s and their theft of my visual identity as ex-prime minister Paul Keating’s fake innocent bystander to get him re-elected in 1984 because the so called Milperra Fathers Day shootings happened in his Labor electorate when he was Australia’s treasurer? According to Freemasons in USA Abraham Lincoln was not one of them. Her name is Nancy Hanks LINCOLN 1784-1818, we share square shoulders a long neck dark brown hair, high cheeks, prominent jaw, sunken cheeks and upturned chin. I have blue eyes. Her portrait appears to indicate she had blue eyes and like me, a small widows peak. Looking at her left earlobe, they're also the same as mine.

This is very interesting for the fact the true identity of her parents in clouded by controversy and her ancestry has also been marred with lies and deceptions from an organized group of others to besmirch the reputation of Abraham. This could just as easily been Jane Michael or Jane Mitchell and misheard by those she told in her Scottish accent. I don't know any Scottish accented persons to ask their opinion on it. There is no confusion about this Jane's make parent, I'm certainly one of the many 8th great-granddaughter of Scotland's most famous Rob Roy MacGregor and that's the website I created in his honour.

That'd be because its NOT old news to me. I didn’t have enough evidence to prove who did what until I relocated to South Australia and not until the tint pieces had piled up enough to form a pattern that logically links them in a legally recognisable manner as a terrorist’s conspiracy to cause me personal and physical serious harm, which they have on a daily basis for the entirety of the past 34 years - not including the many attempts to kill me outright in circumstances that would have looked like ‘misadventure’ or an ‘accident’.
They'd hidden every tiny detail from me in a series of extensively planned cons. because they, the UNWIN FAMILY, they knew from being parasites in my life, they knew no part of me is neurotic or naturally suspicious. They knew I function strictly on logic. Boy do I have some pretty impressicve logical facts proved by Government documents falsified to generate this extensive web of political crime. Terrorism by Australia against innocent Australian citizens to cover up government funded crime. Evidently taxpayer funded illegal terrorism spanning 2 centuries and 3 countries, UK, USA and Australia.
Freemason terrorists attempted, with what I presume was transorbital lobotomy, attempted at least 3 times to turn my brain to jello in 1967 (age 11) soon after I witnessed Freemason rape of 2 boys and murder of 1 inside the temple of the Royal Arch meeting in Allman Street Campbelltown NSW which begs the question of 'how many other Freemason children had been brutalised or murdered in the same way?'; then in 1997 and 1998 when I was an elected member of Wollondilly Shire Council in NSW AUSTRALIA. I was physically and notably injured each time somehow my brain recovered all by itself evidenced by the fact that in 2018 I scored a perfect mark in my Bachelor of Laws second year 'defamation law' assignment. Proving that I have famous DNA more ways than one.
This has been a carefully planned sting embarked upon by the Governments of Australia to ensure myself and my family became the 'inevitable loss of life' for the unjust enrichment of a select few in the Labor and Liberal parties, and that's why they gave their fellow politicians hefty pay rises in the 1990s.
It only started to fall into place for me after I had a minor bus accident as a passenger and Medicare sent me a letter with a list claims that had been made against my Medicare number during the accident period. That's when I found the falsified claims made by India immigrant and Picton-Campbelltown NSW resident, surgeon and Australia registered physician, Mr Mohamed R AHMED. That was 2014.
It wasn't until 2018 that I got the Freedom of Information Act response that linked SA State health department psychiatrist and registered physician Andrew R CHAMPION to AHMED by an interdepartmental email he'd sent to various other SA health staff also involved in their illegal imprisonment of me at election time on 22 January 2014. It wasn't until about 2019 that I remembered AHMED had made an illegal Medicare claim for services to me on 31 January 2014 when illegally political imprisoned Jan- Feb 2014.
In the same 2018 FOI response bundle I also found the 2012 SA Labor Premier WEATHERILL false claim that I was supposed to have made in 1999 about a NSW Labor parliamentarian. Then found that false claim was used in 2013 to imprison me in 2014. Then lots of other data I'd accumulated started showing their links to each other, one by one I had to sift through the mountain of harm that the governments had secretly dumped on me to render me an "unreliable witness" against them and their terrorist crimes to me since 1989 when they stole my visual identity as the face of Australia's politically dead fake female child Leanne Walters - replacing the 1984 face of CAMILLA UNWIN the Raynor UNWIN daughter of the Unwin Hyman publisher of the book that stole my visual identity in 1989, BROTHERS IN ARMS refers to Australia's secret outlaw Freemason and political terrorist brotherhood not motorcycle club brotherhood whose antics look like preschoolers against the terrorists in Australia's governments today in 2023.

Then it wasn't until December 2021 that I stumbled upon for the first time another secret criminal defamation about me, this one was published by the NSW Government and my old residential council where my land was stolen and my person was extensively surgically raped in 1990s.
They'd carefully planned the secrecy from me to ensure their plan to extensively defame me was brought to fruition and I would the powerless to fix the shit pile they'd buried me under.

I seek official comment from you as my local representative for parliament, and in my capacity as a journalist for publication on my website. What is the rule of law?
"The ‘rule of law’ is the principle that both the government and citizens know the law and are ruled by it.
This means that the law applies to everyone, regardless of their position or status. To make sure everyone knows the law and their rights, laws should be easy to understand, findable and enforced.
The rule of law is a key feature of Australia’s democracy and legal system. This fact sheet explains the principle of the rule of law and its relationship to the separation of powers.
The rule of law limits the powers of governments, businesses and citizens, and protects citizens against the use of arbitrary power – autocratic decisions not based on law.

Elements of the rule of law
Although there is a broad definition of the rule of law, there is debate about what else it includes. Some parts of Australia’s legal system that are generally considered to be part of the rule of law are:

Each group works within defined areas of responsibility and can keep a check on the actions of the others.
The rule of law and the separation of powers limit the powers of the Parliament, the Executive and the Judiciary. The Parliament and the Executive must act lawfully and can be held to account by the courts if they don’t. The Australian Parliament can’t judge the limits of its law-making powers—this is the role of the High Court of Australia.
The Judiciary is independent and their decisions are impartial. These decisions are made without the influence of those who make the law (the Parliament) or those whose actions are being challenged in a court (the Executive). In this way the Parliament and Executive can’t gain too much power. This shields citizens from the arbitrary – unrestrained or autocratic – exercise of power by the Parliament and the Executive.

As an adult I was medically mutilated by my Freemason Government and injected with gallons of illegal silicone fillers and other illegal implants to torture me and criminally monitor my lawful interactions in the community at large so they can criminally defame me as an “alcoholic” and “drug addict” and “schizophrenic” without any lawful authority whatsoever. If Australia was the type of country the political parties and Government claim and advertise that it is then my children and I would have lived a comfortable life free from Party Faithful stalking and illegal Government organised oppression; as proved by their secret documents I only had access to in 2018. The Labor Party Faithful used a forged letter passed to my minor aged teenage daughter at Christies Beach PUBLIC high school in the local council area of the City of Onkaparinga in the State electorate of KAURNA and federal electorate of KINGSTON, both electorates have been exclusively and continuously controlled by the Australian Labor Party since about 2007. The terrorist teacher and SA State government public officer is known as CHRISTOPHER LEECH, (or CHRIS) undeniably a terrorist stalking children for the Party cause.
Everything this false letter claimed to be from my daughter's step-mother is the opposite of reality. You can see from the hand written letter whoever wrote it had criminally defamed me to my daughter who read the letter contained in the ENVELOPE addressed to Christopher LEECH not my daughter.
My daughter read it because she trusted the word of the State school public officer teacher who gave it to her. Christopher LEECH is as much a part in criminally defaming me as the letter writer, whomever it was. I don't know Robyn personally. I don't know if its her writing. Logic tells me Robyn wouldn't have written such a letter. Adults know that when addressing a letter in Australia the post code MUST be on the last line and NO punctuation marks should be used. Else it will be rejected by the sorting machines. Here we have as the last line “Attention Chris Leech” heavily underlined as if it was an afterthought. There was an additional note inside the envelop as handed to my daughter, that note was addressed to the terrorist LEECH.
At this period of time my daughter's step-mother was the office manager at the NSW Campbelltown Legal Centre (some 1400 kilometres from Adelaide) and a Justice of the Peace. She reasonably knows the definition of defamation. This letter contained false claims stated as fact – the definition of defamation in one context. Why would an office manager write the long version of the state (South Australia) instead of SA. This envelope was addressed by someone not used to sending postal mail It would have been easy enough for Christopher LEECH to have a rubber stamp made that read “SWLF 19 OCT 09” and put it his forged Australia Post mail in amongst the school's mail for other staff to find it. There are no pink Australia Post sorting marks on the envelope. The words “KAT HALL” were not written inside the letter where Catherine is referenced as “Cat” with a “C”.
The school may had stamped it received. Ask yourself how does a standard letter get to travel from country Tahmoor (closest post office box to Couridjah) to Christies Beach some 1400 kilometres across Australia in TWO DAYS ? Its impossible – only explanation is that CHRISTOPHER LEECH CRIMINALLY DEFAMED ME TO MY DAUGHTER and others.
CHRISTOPHER LEECH State school teacher criminally conspired with another – abusing his public office position as a school teacher. CHRISTOPHER LEECH is a child predator of the worst kind, he has no taboos.
CHRISTOPHER LEECH obviously knows he's criminally conspired with. He obviously knows personally the writer of that letter and it wasn't Robyn. Couldn't possibly have been Robyn given all the other facts that were wrong as I stated in my response. She may have written him a letter and his accomplice in crime decided to copy her handwriting to forge this letter. Its my suspicion that my daughter has a similar “ear” implant to myself. After the school teachers enticed her from my care when she was to be a witness against the State she became convinced she had mental illness. She's been on drugs ever since. By 2022 my daughter has been brainwashed to falsely believe virtually everything in the letter.
I'm no psychiatrist however the double writing of “KAT HALL” and the triple square around indicates to me that, this is an example of a doodle while Christopher LEECH was talking on the phone about my daughter Catherine (known as Cat) and myself. There was probably also something else in that envelope with phone number contact. LEECH is a TERRORIST Postmarked 19 October 2009. I wasn't going to add my answers but changed my mind.
