Realizing what she had done to me Liz, a non-Catholic, sent herself to a Catholic retreat. Its my presumption that ‘Abuse of public office’ would also include public officers in the police department participating in acts of criminal infringement of Criminal Law Consolidation Act 1935 section 256, which discusses any “Attempt to obstruct or pervert course of justice or due administration of law” or that political favourite of South Australian police in section 257 “Criminal defamation” both of which carry stated terms of imprisonment that police never intend to force upon they mates.
Wasn’t it Justice Roden who referenced the terms cronyism and jingoism when he was sentencing alleged “outlaw” motorcycle club members who participated in the 2 September 1984 shootings of their mates. I know this matter better than anyone on this planet. I know its a textbook defamation lawsuit victory. I know its not complex or complicated. I know it is an easy win under civil law.
I know under civil law all I need to establish is proof of publication and proof that the published documents identity me. I know I can prove malicious intent to increase my damages.
I know that the respondents must prove their defamatory claims about me - I don’t need to prove I’m not what they say I am. I know they can’t prove any of their defamatory claims about me.
I know under civil law the respondent’s don’t need to have acted intentionally to defame me but I can prove that under criminal law because the documents are obviously wilfully and recklessly intended to harm me physically and by reputation. In fact the documents prove their respondent authors have a serious mental illness that poses a threat of serious harm to others that is physical. The others being me and my family.
I know that the 2006 Labor Party president of SA branch and 2023 SA State parliamentarian Nick CHAMPION is a party to my criminal defamations since March 2006 in concert with his inferred DNA brother SA State psychiatrist, Andrew Robert CHAMPION a 2013 documented defamation instigator.
I also know that another family set of key criminal conspirators in the underlying cover up of my aggravated physical assaults by medical mutilations are a Liberal Party failed candidate for election and ex-Aldinga police station commander, Andy MINNIS and his brother, ENT Specialist physical and surgeon Neville Lister MINNIS the person responsible for ordering my first of two MRI scans of my head (2006) that prove I have illegal implants but this pair unconscionably covered that up by lack of appropriate action in a trusted position of authority.
I also know by logical observation and as any reasonably person would, that the thread that connects the MINNIS brothers to the CHAMPION brothers in crime is the Adelaide Freemason Grand Lodge.

Finally, once I had won the appeal I turned my attention to the Allen & Unwin matter I was pursuing in Federal court under the Copyright Act. The State of South Australia withdrew from their bullshit mental health case against me when they realized that's what I'd been doing through most of 2014. Defaming me under the mental health Act was intended to make my (potential) case against Allen & Unwin vexatious (I'd made a few prior attempts to sue Allen and Unwin before 2014) I suspect they figured they were on the home run to success in stealing my visual identity for the 1989 segment of the NSW police's Fathers Day 1984 fake 'innocent bystander' murder, once the Federal government and NSW State government had expended taxpayer resources to make their 2012 TV series on the Allen & Unwin false story. Evidently, they thought they'd screw me over (with their fake mental illness defamation) to that end the only ones they ended up screwing over were themselves, 200 or more of them in fact. I suspect they figured that because I didn't have a university degree and they did, that meant they were more intelligent than yours truly. Another one bites the dust.
