As I'd done nothing wrong and done no harm to anyone, I had no reason to suspect that the FREEMASONS and both political party members were "out to get me". Problem was I'd forgotten I'd witnessed rape and murder many times since a child. How do you forget something like that? The FREEMASONS FAMILY illegally drugs you and brainwashes you to forget? I was the original innocent bystander and didn't even know it. They launched an intense vendetta against me secretly undermining literally everything in my life through their positions in government public office and every male orientated industry I dealt with, destroying my position in my community until I had nothing that could threaten their secret Australian government funded terrorist organisation.
I suspect the reason public officers in 2023 Christies Beach SA Magistrates Court and Sydney NSW registry of the Federal Court of AUSTRALIA unconstitutionally (by right) and illegally (by falsified grounds to refuse filing) refused to allow me my constitutional right to file the matter (Francis v Australian Labor Party ORS) linked to the book image top left in the header of this website - is that as a 'student at law' I won a criminal appeal for a relative in the NSW District Court in 2021 where police busted a relative with possession of a trafficable amount of cannabis using an illegal search because my relative stopped at a public toilet during COVID lockdowns because they were living in their vehicle after being illegally evicted by a slum landlord in Wollongong and had their possessions stolen, including a boat and trailer, because like me, they complained the slum landlord was running a slum tenancy involving too many people in one small house without privacy and security and proper amenities. NSW Legal Aid had refused my relative representation unless they agreed not to appeal the conviction and only appeal the severity of the sentence. That's an attempt perverting the course of justice and due administration of law, by Legal Aid NSW. Australia is predominantly, a terrorist nation and you effing fools keep voting terrorists into our parliaments. This relative is severely allergic to government approved pain medications and needs cannabis for severe chronic pain caused by skeletal injuries inflicted on them be NSW public officers acting illegally. Then on appeal NSW State government public officers falsified documents to have this person (illegally) imprisoned for breaching bail. The illegal sentence was that this person was to attend "drug counselling". Took me several hours to have this person released from prison when the Parole Board called an emergency meeting to reverse their order to imprison this innocent person in 2021.
Like me they've not been able to claim damages against the criminals in Australia's governments, or any "appropriate" medical repatriation that's needed after the criminal assaults by NSW public officers - other than the fact they were given a drugs (by a 1990s Sydney NSW registered specialist physician) to melt their bones (like Eben Byers) they weren't told that's what would happen. Only reason they stopped taking it was after they told me and I'd researched the drug. Clearly the physician's intent was to murder this person by stealth. Same as they did to me ALSO in 1990s NSW. I came to South Australia SA Public Officers (POO) took up where NSW POO finished but still criminally collaborated with NSW public officers and planned more terrorist attacks on me to cause me serious physical harm for their political or ideological cause - proved on the documents res ipsa loquitor.
The only reason I made the decision in 2004 to relocate from Goulburn NSW to Adelaide SA was to protect my two youngest children from NSW FREEMASONS and Labor Party supporters. Proving they're an unincorporated national terrorist organisation, FREEMASONS and Labor Party supporters continued their criminal assaults on us in Adelaide despite the 1500klm - 900 miles distance, adding well over 100 Government Public Officer and medical industry names to the list of this sadistic group of psychopathic terrorists fully funded by Australia's complacent tax payers.

Just before he systematically brutalised and criminally assaulted my 15 year old daughter and myself on 2 May 2007 then charged me for assaulting him. I was acquitted however the damage was already done to my daughter and myself. We were illegally refused the right to damages by illegal process in the Adelaide District Court involving now deceased Judge Griffin. As it happened “Pix Worboys” is the name of the long term friend of Owen Hall who initially supplied him with the drugs to rape me. Think his first name was actually David, Pix was a nickname. Pix was also the boyfriend of a little sister of Lesley Connolly they all lived in the Carrington Circuit Leumeah State housing suburb. I suspect their dad was also FREEMASON Allan Connolly who was my boss in 1978 when I was a "bread home delivery driver" for Fielders Bakery in Fawcett Street Ingleburn NSW Lesley Connolly became a police officer stationed in Campbelltown NSW in 1990s. I would like to address the matter of the way you list lawyers.
From my experience no lawyer is unbiased towards potential clients.
First and foremost, they discriminate against those who they deem they have a conflict of interest with another client.
Therefore they should declare their client list so not to frustrate potential clients with refusal to represent.
Secondly they should list their affiliations to ideological groups like religions, political parties and Freemasons.
My other issue with lawyers is that they should not give paid advice to government which makes suing government difficult for a victim of government crime. and appears to me intentional as the governments have their own Attorney-General departments of solicitors for the crown.
So my question to you is how about including a list of potential clients based on the cultural and social direct bias they've experienced in securing the services of a lawyer to sue a political party and or a number of government public officers.
My grounds for this request:
I started training as a lawyer at an Adelaide university securing a high distinction in my assignment for defamation law, despite that I've been physically injured as a direct result of the assaults I've suffered that have caused me brain permanent damage. Despite the severity of my criminal assaults no person has been charged and no physician will assist me with corrective treatment.
I've been seeking the services of a lawyer to sue three government - I've looked in Adelaide and Sydney and many other locations where I've lived in NSW for over twenty years.
This is supposed to be a free country of democratic government. Clearly it's not.
To the shame of Adelaide lawyers and the government, I've been unable to find an unbiased legal representative because mine is a civil litigation matter, evidence based misfeasance in public office involving criminal actions of political party members and FREEMASONS.
My matter includes (proved on the documents) invasion of privacy, assault, battery, trespass to land, false imprisonment. Also includes defamation but as their excuse to refuse me is the defamation angle that can be dealt with in all the above.
The Only contentious matter is conversion causing damage to my vehicle because its sat idle for 5 years after the State illegally cancelled my drivers licence on the basis of a criminally falsified medical certificate.
Naturally, all of the above includes the immigrant with the stolen electors roll identity with the acquiescence of SAPOL has been allowed to maintain perpetual multi=level illegal surveillance of me, from his State owned public housing rental, opposite the road from my residence since 2016 (its 2023) with a security camera installed on my driveway and front door. Effectively I'm prisoner without any legal rights. The video here, he's videoing me coming home from the shops after seeing me leave, he parked his motorcycle on the street to include that in order to ridicule me amongst his group of like-minded criminals. This proves he and his second wife are criminally stalking my from their residence. Only reason I witnessed the murder of FREEMASON Jack BASSETT by FREEMASON Peter Robert BRADBURY was because earlier that day I'd witnessed another 'child rape' by a FREEMASON, my male parent Aubrey Bernard FRANCIS.
Almo immediately after that 24 April 1988 afternoon criminal event I went directly to Camden NSW police station where the entire group of police, uniforms and detectives, all refused to take my statement because they knew my male parent personally as a fellow FREEMASON.
Later that evening I had been taken from my residence by Camden NSW FREEMASON police to the Camden NSW police station where retired police officer Jack BASSETT declared he'd stand by me against the FREEMASONS. This caused alleged child rapist Peter Robert BRADBURY to enter into a struggle with Jack BASSETT who was killed.
As I was drugged with amnesia drugs and the event was traumatic I can't recall if Jack was shot during the struggle or after as he sat in a chair. I'm thinking the latter. Either way the only reason I was surgically raped and used as the identity of 1984 fake murder victim Leanne Walters was that I witnessed the murder of Jack BASSETT.
No person can justly claim I 'invented' the murder story because I wanted 'revenge' against my male parent and FREEMASONS as up to that date I'd been successfully drugged with amnesia drugs to forget all the prior 'child rape' and 'child murder' crimes I'd witnessed involving FREEMASONS.
Up to 24 April 1988 I had been openly on friendly terms with my male parent. I have no argument with FREEMASONS.
Additionally as I'd been drugged with amnesia drugs after witnessing the murder of Jack BASSETT, I attended his funeral wake at his residence. Jack and his wife Irene had known my parents from when we all lived in Bunyan, north of COOMA. My parents moved to Bunyan before my (two years older) sister Sharon and I were born. We left Bunyan in 1962 because my male parent had been imprisoned for my rather brutal rape on his wedding anniversary 3 March 1959 moving to Campbelltown NSW.

My (twn years older) sister Lynette is crying on the veranda because she knows what happened to me. She told me this day our male parent had raped her. Mum accidently confirmed that by saying to my sister something like, "He's stopped no hasn't he." My alcoholic male parent was drunk when he came home and punched mum in the face then raped me. I heard mum say something like, "Aub you promised its our anniversary." I guess he promised not to go to the pub but to take her out to dinner as she was all dressed up in her best dress full of flowers. I'd been wearing my favourite brown overalls that were thrown away after my rape.
y birth family and I moved into a new house in mid June 1962 secured by a war service home loan. I was six years old.
I'm an INTJ which means I pattern match everything automatically and only collect memories that logically make sense. This means that my brain is able to unravel most of the confusion caused by amnesia drugs and intentional brainwashing.
I remember clearly being brainwashed when heavily drugged. Additionally, I've NEVER been fall-down drunk.
Because I'm an INTJ I've never committed a crime. Crime has a jhuge failure rate. I only commit to events that I'm certain will logically succeed, given the elements of logic and law. Human nature by non INTJ's is rarely logical.
When I was at his wake after the service I can't recall attending, I recall being told Jack had suicided. This is when I remembered the tragedy of his murder. The emotional pain to me was greater than the amnesia drugs. I'm an empath, I feel the genuine emotional pain of others as if its my own. Apart from my parents and siblings Jack BASSETT and his family were the people I'd known all my life. I can remember Vailla's name but curiously, I can't remember her brother's name. BASSETT junior was a NSW police detective at the time of his father's murder.
I remember all of us often standing on the footpath of the pub out male parent were inside of in 1950s 1960s Cooma. My (four years older) brother Alan and BASSETT junior would be crying at the thought of having to go inside to bring the dads out as women were banned from pubs. Their fear stemmed from the fact that at this time in Australia all men were openly paedophiles who targeted little boys evidently to 'make' a man out of them.
Because the two boys were crying so hard one time I went inside to tell our dad to come home. No one touched me as they were laughing at my boldness. I did it for the boys and I had no idea what they were afraid of. I was never a paedophile 'victim' long tern. I was too bold for that. I told adults off. If they did wrong. My male parent raped me in anger after I told him off for hitting my mum causing her nose to bleed. He believed he'd 'teach' me his lesson of 'fear' of authority. He failed. I fear neither cowards or fools. I was 2 years 10 months when my male parent raped me. I remember all of it now despite the brainwashing. I'd always remembered it only it was the memory of a 2 year oldd it wasn't until I'd been away from the perpetual drugging by my male parent and his FREEMASONS that I finally examined the 1959 rape as an adult and understood it as an adult. Every time I'd recalled it as a teenager and adult when I was associating with my male parent, I'd been drugged and brainwashed to forget it.
At his dad's wake he pulled his police issue gun on me accusing me of his dad's murder. This despite the fact the 'story' is that Jack took his own life. At this point my mum stood between me and police detective BASSETT junior. My mum had also been drugged to forget the FREEMASON crimes she'd witnessed. Any action she did consciously was probably motivated a false belief that she was protecting her children.
BELOW: Circa 1967, from my position inside the attached hall, on the floor playing knucklebones (jacks) near the door of the old church as mum cooked a meal the the FREEMASONS to consume after the meeting, I'd inadvertently witnessed the rape of two boys my age and murder of one during a FREEMASON meeting in the Allman Start Campbelltown Masonic meeting. Because I'm INTJ I'd instinctively knew it was 'wrong' and told every adult I saw about what I saw. No FREEMASON was ever arrested for those crimes. The FREEMASONS involved included my male parent, NSW police and an alderman on the council, plus many lames younger than my parent, close to 20 in total as I recollect. Despite its historical significance the building was demolished a few years later. The photos came from Campbelltown council. However I recollect snapping one like the top one from the other side of the road shortly before it was demolished as I wanted to prove the proximity of the hall to the old church converted to their ritual sacrifice masonic 'temple'. The 'hall' was a perfect rectangle seen as the smaller structure in the centre. I suspect the building with the visible door is the toilet block, as I'd never been through that door I suggest it was the male toilet. I've cropped the road.
Because I'm INTJ, once I understand what happened despite being a child, and how serious this is and 'in the public interest' to discuss openly, I can easily emotionally detach myself from the events and speak about them logically. Doesn't mean they still don't hurt me on some level its just that I can logically arrange that hurt so it doesn't effect my judgment. Another reason why I've never been 'drunk' or recreational ly drugged. I like to be in control of me all the time.
I'm well aware FREEMASON parasites will attempt to twist my words behind my back when approaching others to assist them in their crimes - to suit their criminal cause. Raynor UNWIN was facing bankruptcy in 1989 when he use his company UNWIN HYMAN to criminally defame me and steal my visual identity with the book that failed to save the business. The SLOWMAN's came into the crime because their male parent was the accountant or company director of UNWIN HYMAN and later Rupert MURDOCK's COLLINS-HARPER. 1980s Anita MANNING lived in Sydney, I suspect she's sister to Elaine SLOWMAN. They both went into antiques after 1980s. They all covered up the crimes of each other because most are FREEMASON, evidently and publishing is a "family" just like the Mafia.
I worked in the office at Visy Warwick Farm, from Sep 1981 to April 1985 when I was illegally sacked. I won an unfair dismissal claim at dept. of industrial relations NSW. Some time after 1985 General manager Tony FEATHERSTONE claimed on TV news that fire razed the personal records at VISY. Which was bullshit. In 1984 was employed to back up the computer records onto reel to reel tapes in the evenings three times a week. . In the day I was a data entry operate for the factory machine scheduling. The evening backups involved copying all computerised records onto three sets of tapes. Each tape set was stored offsite in three seperate locations to prevent sabotage by fire etc. The personnel records were on those tapes.

I suspect the 'reason' the fake dead girl was 'created' by FREEMASON police on Fathers Day 1984, was because Lance WELLINGTON was an undercover cop, and its him who shot and killed young Ivan ROMCEK who was unarmed holding little other than a screw-in leg from a coffee table (they put him on front and back cover of the 1989 book, the mind of a psychopath likes to put their crimes under our nose almost to gloat) when he was killed by WELLINGTON who was transferred to Adelaide where he made a name for himself in the Labor Party and became elected parliamentarian known as John David HILL who was the member in the area I relocated to when I came to Adelaide and he became the health Minister blocking my access to medical services to have the illegal implants removed which includes the permanent silicone in my face and all through my structure. It was then that I 'remembered' fellow Wollondilly Shire Councillor and Labor Party member Michael BANASIK had told me he had a library book that proved I'd "faked your death as Leanne Walters" this was behind his criminal assault on me in October1997 to attempt to see the "sweet and sour tattoos" on my chest. This library book is what encouraged other councillors and staff to physically assault me under the guidance of Elaine SLOWMAN as fellow Wollondilly Shire councillor Lynette STYLES.
What's the probability factor that ex-Green Valley housing estate resident Elaine SLOWMAN from Visyboard 1984 would 'coincidently' turn up in my life again in 1995 as fellow elected councillor Lynette STYLES also in Wollondilly, after I purchased my property in the Wollondilly Shire the year (1985) I was sacked from Visyboard and after her publishing family had stolen my identity in 1989 to criminally defamed me - and I didn't recognise her as Elaine SLOWMAN? I like to be 100% sure before I say anything, only thing I knew perfectly about Elaine was her arm proportions, one half of both were shorter than other, I'd noticed because she stood next to me at Visy to talk to others across from me as I typed on my terminal. I was acutely aware of the Thalidomide matter having a friend in kindergarten so effected. Elaine is around the age of my oldest sister, Lynette. The Mulwaree Council library BROTHERS IN ARMS 1989 dated was dated as having been purchased or gifted to the library in February 1998. When it was nine years old and when I was being criminally surgically raped as Wollondilly Shire councillor Jenny (Janette) HALL who'd been rumoured through NSW State and Federal government as 'the elected councillor who had faked her death' with an unknown entity in 1984.
I'd been known as "Jeni" with the circle above the "i" since 1970s when I was going through puberty and wanted to claim my own identity separate from my parents. Others misspelt it as Jenny so I gave in to that.
I'm logically interpreting the documented evidence, logically without any bias whatsoever, we INTJ do that easily.

As this is a 'living book' its copyright date starts from 17 May, 2013. Apart from some minor musings about their criminal theft of my drivers licence, out of nothing more than spite, my book is now complete in 2023.
In 2014 Elaine SLOWMAN as author Lynette STYLES criminally plagiarized my websites, copy of which were presented to me via lawyer Peter BANKI in late 2014. STYLES intent and outcome was to criminally defame me under South Australia State criminal law (s257 Criminal Law Consolidation Act SA 1935) in the process infringed my moral rights on copyright of my artistic works (Copyright Act 1968 CTH) - my words in my website that recorded true facts. The Law Society of NSW had STYLES listed as having qualified to register as a lawyer but that she never had. STYLES claims to have practices the same areas of law that our fellow Wollondilly Councillor (Marina VINCINA) had done legally. The evidence proves irrefutably that as STYLES book (Kangaroo Court by Lynette Styles) had been self published and then publishes in the Wollondilly Shire Picton NSW Library for loan distribution nationwide as a library book, then the NSW Government, and other 'persons' were accomplices in the ensuing criminal defamation of my and my Copyright Act infringements. So mote it fuking be cunts.
Also in 2014 January, I'd been illegally imprisoned and forcibly drugged as a mental patient for several months during 2014, including the period of time I launched the copyright infringement against Allen & Unwin ORS and effectively won the first fight. South Australia State government public officers - about a dozen or so - infringed my by (separate but criminally linked) moral abuse of the content of my website and on the basis of false claims attributed to the South Australia Labor Party State Premier, Jay Wilson WEATHERILL and John David HILL who by inference asserted that I'd made false claims of rape to NSW police involving another Labor Party member in NSW parliament - a matter that existed only in the psychopathic minds of those who spoke it or wrote about it a number that totals in the hundreds across State boarders from Sydney to Adelaide. This is a crime of terrorism for a political cause championed by the Labor Party who benefited in 1984 by the fake murder of the fake female child fabricated to have happened in the federal electorate of then federal treasurer Paul KEATING less than two months before Labor Party were returned to federal parliament for the second time after a long dry spell of exclusion. LABOR were quite desperate to win 1984 federal government doing whatever it took.
